Welcome to KeepnTouch ("we", "us", "our"), available at keepnapp.com and through our companion app. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What KeepnTouch is

KeepnTouch is a consent-based family safety and staying-in-touch service. It lets an account holder view the location of, and audio check-ins from, devices on which the companion app has been installed and linked ("paired") by that account holder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account.

3. Consent & lawful use — important

You may only install the companion app on, and monitor, a device that you own or that you have a lawful right to monitor — for example, a device used by your own minor child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or a device whose user has given clear, informed consent.

Monitoring a person's location or audio without their knowledge or consent may be illegal in your country. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws. KeepnTouch must not be used to stalk, harass, or secretly surveil any person.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions & billing

KeepnTouch offers a free tier and a paid "Premium" subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it reverts to the free tier.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Promotional discounts (such as launch offers) may be changed or ended at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including not using it for any unlawful, harmful, or non-consensual surveillance, not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and not infringing the rights of others.

7. Service availability & accuracy

We work hard to keep KeepnTouch reliable, but the service is provided "as is". Location and audio depend on the monitored device, its network, battery, and operating-system limits, and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or fully accurate service and it should not be relied upon for emergencies.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data — including location and audio — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepnTouch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from reliance on the service, missed or inaccurate data, or use of the service in breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
